Grapefruit and the smoked cheese you got for Christmas. I learned how to peel a grapefruit if all you have handy is a sharp knife. Cut off the top and bottom. Cut off the north, south, east, and west sides, and then cut off the corners. Then cut out the pulp in curved slices away from the core.
