It’s my opinion that the golden era of arcade games were Capcom’s late 80s and early 90s CPS-1 and CPS-2 games. Strider and Willow were some great platformers. All Capcom’s 2, 3, and 4 simultaneous player games like D&D, Knights of the Round, etc. were great. Konami also had some good ones in this era like TMNT. Bright, flashy colors said, “I AM AN ARCADE GAME!” 
They were all quarter gobblers, but when you revisit them with MAME, no such problem.
It looks like the new Transformers movie will be filmed in Las Cruces.Sean rode in this weekend’s Founder’s Day Parade in a little red wagon that was made to look like a Jeepney. They also had a real Jeepney pulling a float with a colorful sail.
