I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it before, but I have my theory of potlucks. For the item
you bring to be consumed at a potluck, it must be completely ready to consume from. It has
to be out of the bag, lid open, cut up, and ready to put on the plate. If it’s not,
people likely won’t touch it.
