Trying to help someone do something in Windows over the phone or on IM is like
telling someone how to do surgery using only smoke signals.
And the Windows remote assistance thing never works out because the person is on dialup

Vanessa and I were checking out Google Earth this morning.
Amazing program. It’s like Google Maps, but better.
You actually rotate the earth and zoom in on any place in the world. It shows you detail from
satellites, although they don’t seem to have high detail everywhere. For example,
the north part of Sydney is blurred, while the main part of the city is detailed.
