It seems like all the Chinese restaurants in Albuquerque are turning into Walmart-style super-buffets that include corn and mashed potatoes. It was all started by China Star (China Trough as we call it). When your favorite Chinese restaurant serves corn and mashed potatoes, it’s time to leave. The food seems to sit out all day and you can never tell if what you eat will be freshly cooked or sitting in the warmer for hours. Hopefully there are some Chinese restaurants I’ve missed. But it seems like they all have to do this to be competitive.
Last night, my cousin in Anchorage set up a conference call between 3 others in Skype and myself on a normal phone. You can buy Skype long distance time that lets you call normal phones. So, it can just be a huge conference call, apparently.
