Figured out another way to get down the stairs to exercise the upper body. Just
use the arms as though you’re on parallel bars. My back shoulders are still a little
sore from yesterday. Hopefully, this should stem the atrophy of my muscles from
sitting in front of a computer all day. (yeah right) It leaves these weird orange marks
on my hands that aren’t coming off. Probably the main exercise that
keeps me in any kind of health is DDR.
Ah, videogames that make you exercise. Konami
needs to come out with some other games that use the dance pads. They should do some party
game kinda thing like Crash Bash or Mario Party that you control with the pads.
