2/13/2003 lunch

Saucy chopped steak and bok choi (if that’s how you spell it) in rice.
Bok choi is very bitter. But “bok choi” rolls off the tongue very nicely.
Addendum: microwaved popcorn…probably rather old and cheap from a 401K
promotional packet at our company. The butter is light green like antifreeze
and I see no butter on the popcorn itself. This may go in the trash.
