Last night we took Vanessa’s gramma to Huong Thao for Vietnamese food…and sushi. Very good,
as usual.
For lunch today, it’s some sort of vacuum-packed rice noodles with green curry sauce that I picked up
at Royal Oriental Grocery in Clovis. It turned out to be owned by a Filipina lady
that knows some people we know…(the grocery store, not the noodles…they
are now owned by me because I purchased them…the noodles…the ones with the green
curry sauce). Oh, how are the noodles? Keep the macaroni and cheese standing by. The curry
tastes really strong and preservativey.
