3/7/2003 lunch

Green chile cheeseburger from Betty’s, the little place downstairs. pretty good.
Last night, I made sammiches. Ah, but sammiches are different when you can
put the time and love into them that they deserve. There’s never time for
that when it’s time to rush off to work. You need time to toast the bread,
chop the veggies, sprinkle the parmesan, carefully place the jalapenos
and cheese and microwave it just so.
