4/15/2002 lunch

Vanessa is off of work today so we went to Santorini’s and I got a green chile gyros.
I’m guessing this is one of the few areas in the world where you can get
a green chile gyro…which is sad because it’s a very good combination. Also, Vanessa enlightened me
to a fact about gyros. The meat in gyros is mainly beef and only partially made of lamb. No
wonder the lamb chops we cooked that one time were so terrible. So, I apparently hate lamb in its purest
