4/2/2002 lunch

Chunky can of chicken noodle soup. I assume it’s packed with grease
like anything that tastes good. Served with tortilla. Also, had a Sobe. Like
pretty much every other sugar-based “health” drink that tastes good, Sobe has a
labeling trick too. The whole bottle is, in fact, two and a half servings.
The main ingredient, aside from water,
is high fructose corn syrup which is just as unhealthy as corn syrup. If you drink the
whole bottle, it’s 225 calories…worse for you than a soda. Ironic that they
put “healthy” on the bottle.
