We were going to go to the zoo on our day off yesterday but the zoo is
now closed on Mondays so that the city can save money. So, we just took
a bike ride. We found a place just southeast of us that would be great
for mountain biking. Lots of trails over hills and so on. I didn’t even
know it was there. Our friend, Clint, 
came
over and made sushi. He’s pretty good at it. He said he learned just from
watching them do it at restaurants. He brought a can of powdered wasabi
that you add water to. Pretty potent. He gave some to the dog which was
pretty amusing. I was a bit squeamish at the sashimi which had chunks of
raw fish. It actually didn’t taste fishy but it was just the idea that
I was chewing raw fish, I think.
