We’ve had a light in the kitchen that has been flickering for a while.
Last night, I turned on the light and flames actually started spurting
from the light fixture. Grand. Fortunately, they went out when I turned
off the light. Vanessa’s going to call someone about it today.
We had a baby shower yesterday in a wonderful big grassy back yard.
You don’t see many yards like that in New Mexico, being that we’re
in the desert and back yards are getting smaller in general.
Saturday was nanny’s funeral in Mountainair. It was a sad occasion,
but, as with many funerals, it was nice to see all the relatives you
rarely get to see.
