5/4/2001 lunch

Saigon’s #30. Pork and rice noodles. I begin to lose interest in this
particular restaurant because they don’t seem to put out the Sriracha hot
sauce by default, leaving you with their weird oily chile sauce. The pork
slices are huge so they have to be cut, and there are weird sour things in
the dish. Also, no cucumbers in the dish as there should be. Anyway,
it’s back to trusty old Huong Thao next time.
