7/12/2000 lunch

Papa Felipe’s Mexican omelette. Hrm…first not-very-good-at-all-lunch
I’ve had in a while. Apparently, the secret ingredient to a Mexican
omelette is pork chunklets and lots of them! I excavated these from the
interior of the omelette. But then I was dismayed to find that the
potatoes on the side were mainly spatula scrapings. I chomped into one of
their crispy sopapillas in dismay. (Sopapillas are supposed to be soft.)
My last tea refill tasted like pickle juice. (Vanessa will back me up on
that.)
