When I come home from work, Jeopardy is just about over. Normally
I wouldn’t care, but lately,
I’ve caught the end of the show and I’ve been watching this
guy who is
up to $700K and just keeps going and going day after day. It reminds
me of the movie Quiz Show where the show’s producers were
secretly giving the answers to a champion contestant.
I kept thinking last night about
the situation and wondering if he’s cheating. (The mind obsesses
over odd things during the night.) But quite possibly he just
knows a great amount of trivia. I guess if he is really good,
the show’s producers don’t mind because that money would go home
with some contestant anyway and this probably draws in a lot of viewers.
