I downloaded the new Xvid codec and it fixed the audio sync problems I was having with PSP Video 9 when I tried to encode VOB files from a DVD to PSP’s mp4 format. Hmm, that had entirely too many acronyms. Translation for the Pakleds: “The sound and picture did not match when I played movies on my little videogame machine. It is fixed now. It will go.”
