Last night, Vanessa and I went to Pupuseria Y Restaurante Salvadoreño. It’s an El Salvadoran restaurant in southwest Albuquerque. We had some pupusas,
which were pretty good…and a chicken dish. I got some horchata agua fresca to drink. It was like cinnamon with dirt! I could only drink half of it. But at least it was like nothing I’ve ever tasted. The food was good and I’d go back again.
I LOVE the comment about the drink tasting like Cinnamon and Dirt.
I laugh outloud every time I read that part.
