We went to the Explora museum with our friends’ families this weekend. What a great place! They gathered all the fun science experiments in one place and made them very easy to do, so that you get to instantly see the point, rather than the long, boring experiments they did in school. Bounce a laser through a glass tube. Watch sound waves resonate powder. Watch a stringed instrument oscillate. Make a bubble shield around yourself. Route a river model. Ride the elevator room. Build a Rube Goldberg machine. It’s a great place to go as an adultÂ…especially if you have a kid as an excuse.
