I always laugh when I see an advertisement for something that claims to be the only thing of its kind with some random marketing term. What a special accomplishment! As an example, one game’s marketing caption claims it’s, “the only next-gen RPG with the fast-action SpeedTactics Battle System” Of course it’s the only one! I bet Squaresoft/Enix and Level-5 are kicking themselves for not including “SpeedTactics Battle System” in their games! If people behaved like companies do, you’d probably say there was something wrong with them. I could see a job interview. “So, what would you consider your greatest strength?” “Well, I know for a fact I’m the only applicant with the Expeditious Mental Flow System.”
