Netflix profile issues

Why is it so hard to find anyone on the internet talking about the lack of profiles in the Windows 8 Netflix app?  Also, where’s the option to just have it alternate discs shipped for the various profiles?  If you only have one disc at-a-time and try to go to the Profile DVD Options, it tells you, “You only have 1 disc at-a-time in your plan. You may want to upgrade to a larger plan so each Profile will receive movies.”  What I really want is for it to take turns shipping DVDs for each profile.  Must be too hard.
