At work, I’ve installed the Firefox plug-in, LeechBlock. It lets you enter your favorite time-wasting websites like Google Reader and the times you want to block those sites. Since the entire problem is a lack of willpower, they know you might just go into the settings to turn it off when you want to get past it. That’s why they offer a password option to slow you down and even an option to disallow you from getting at the settings during the given times. Perhaps in the future, they will add a USB slapping hand and the computer will yell, “Get a hold of yourself man!”
