A friend pointed out to me that you can download several Microsoft programming interfaces for free. You can also download Microsoft Robotics Studio for free, which offers robotics simulation. Now I don’t need all that pricey hardware and can just pretend to have a robot. You could perfect your robot’s programming before even buying the hardware.
