We made pizza last week, but the yeast was either too old or I killed it by heating the water too hot. The crust ended up hard and flat and it kinda ruined the pizza. We had to use up the remaining ingredients, so we tried again today. I was determined not to let that happen again, so I probably used too much dough in a single pizza and was careful to follow the yeast instructions. This time, the pizza was supa-puffy, but it were delicious. Lessons learned: follow the yeast instructions and don’t skimp on the ingredients, cause they’ll dry up during cooking.
