I know some believe spandex is a right written into the constitution. But in the interest of spandex reduction, I wanted to let novice bike riders know that there are alternatives to spandex bike shorts. You can get regular style bike shorts with all the same cushioning. So, no need to wear that awkward stuff! (Yeah, like you’ll ever go fast enough that it matters.)
