I made an attempt to carve the turkey. Some of it got cut and some of it got shredded. Ah well, good enough. I also made instant gravy. No, I wasn’t exactly at the heart of the cooking. I didn’t shave for those 4 days and there seem to be some flecks of gray amongst the brown now. My cousin brought over his Nintendo Wii and we got to try all of the cute little sports games. It seems like you’re not really controlling the direction of the action, but just the intensity of the swing or pitch or whatever. Still, it’s fun…but maybe only as fun as an eyetoy. Other games in the Nerd Extravaganza included MAME arcade games, Rise of Nations, and round after round of Ghost Recon.
