We watched the Muppet Movie the other day with Sean. Some movies you enjoyed as a kid, you go back and are disappointed with them. But The Muppet Movie is pretty good, even though it violates my anti-musical rule on movies. A few funny gags here and there kept my interest. Steve Martin mocking Kermit and Miss Piggy over their wine choice was the funniest bit. “Would you like to sniff the bottle cap, sir?” A few special effects like Kermit riding a bike without computerized special effects impressed me.
